Genisys Software, Inc. understands
that service after the sale is where most companies fall short. We still have
the original customers from each of our software products (developed in 1986,
1989, and 1992) and believe in doing whatever it takes to make our customers
happy and keep them that way. We have never spent tremendous amounts of money
on advertising, choosing instead to spend it on customer support and letting
satisfied customers help us to grow our business.
Our Services Include:
- Supplying The Hardware:
We know that most rental companies do not purchase computer systems on a
regular basis, so we can either supply the computer systems and POS
related items or help you to purchase them on your own. We will supply
industry standard components made by some of the best known and largest
hardware manufacturers in the world: Dell, Ithaca, Hewlett Packard,
Hand Held Products,
PSC, MagTek, Card Scanning Solutions, MultiTech, Zebra, and others. We
will integrate all of these different items from these manufacturers into
a proven, reliable system.

- Installing The Hardware:
If you want, we can supply a technician to install the hardware at your
site. This is especially valuable when you have multiple locations, or if
you are just not comfortable installing the system yourself. You can also have a local company provide this service to you, and we can always provide assistance over the phone.

- Providing
Data Entry:
If you are not computerized at the rental counter, we can enter your rental
inventory, resale inventory, and customer data bases for you so that all
of this information is already set up on your new computer when it arrives
at your store.

- Converting
Your Data From Your Existing System:
If you have one of our competitor's systems
and are unhappy with it, you will be happy to know that we have converted
the data from most of them and would be glad to also convert yours to our
format ! If you have a custom package or a package that we have not yet
converted from, we will create the programs necessary to get the data so
that nobody has to enter it all again by hand. We can also import data from Excel spreadsheets and Quickbooks.

- Providing
On Site Training:
If you don't want to come to our training facility in
Minneapolis, we will schedule a mutually convenient time to send one of
our software trainer's to your facility. We will spend from 3 to 5 (or more) days at your site
and train your staff on all aspects of our software.

- After
The Sale Support:
We have always been rated extremely high in "after the
sale" support by our customers. As you know, there is no way to cover
everything no matter where the training is held; and there are going to
be times that you will need to contact us for technical
support. Our trainers have many years experience
dealing with customers that have varying degrees of computer knowledge,
and most of them have four year accounting degrees as well; which helps
them explain how the packages integrate with each other. Our hardware people have decades of experience in troubleshooting any pc, network, or printing issue you might have, and can help you set up new workstations, users, and printers. - Enhancements
To The Software
Packages:
We have always provided at least one update to each of our
packages each year, and will continue to do so in the future. The ideas
for these enhancements come directly from you, our customers, and are incorporated
into our annual updates in such a way that each of our customers can decide
if they want to use a particular feature or not.
