	Fax Software The fax software for AlphaRENTAL™ allows you to automatically fax invoices, contracts, AR statements, purchase orders, and much more directly to your customers and vendors from any computer.
	Driver's License / Credit Card Magnetic Stripe Readers and Software Genisys offers magnetic stripe readers and software that enables you to: add new customer information into the system, and to bring up existing customer information by simply swiping a driver's license. The readers and software are also used for authorizing customer's credit and debit card transactions.
	Radio Frequency (RF) Technology RF Technology enables you to use a portable, wireless, handheld computer terminal to rent out and check in equipment, while working in your yard or warehouse. This portable terminal has a display screen and keys that allow you to: scan bar codes on equipment, update fuel and meter usage, check equipment in and out of the shop, and much more. All transactions are updated in real time since the RF terminal communicates directly with AlphaRENTAL™. RF is the most accurate way to track your rental, sales, and parts inventory with full exception reporting.
	Equipment Warning and Safety Sheets System Our system allows you to print out manufacturer's warning, safety, and instructions sheets each time an item is rented. The system includes a scanner that is used to copy the manufacturer's information. The data is then stored in the AlphaRENTAL™ system, and is attached to specific inventory items. The appropriate information sheets are automatically printed on a laser printer each time an item is rented.
	Receipt Printers The AlphaRENTAL™ system allows you to print sales transactions and rental returns (that are paid in full) on small 40-column receipt paper. This eliminates the need for reprinting this information on your larger, more expensive contract forms.
	Bar Code Scanners, Cash Drawers, and much more! Genisys can provide you with everything you need for your point-of-sale and counter operations.
	Office Automation This package provides you with the following communication tools: in-house e-mail, appointment scheduling, phone message system, to-do list, scratch pads, and document filing.
